Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thirty days easy exchange and Return policy are what we offer; means that you contact us through our Email, Whatsapp/Live Chat if you encounter any problems with our products. In these 30 days after receiving the product, you can contact us anytime that you are comfortable. Our client support agent will listen to your concern and settle it for you to either satisfy your problem, refund, or exchange the product. However, after thirty (30) days, no return will be made, engaged, or entertained.

Altering the jacket or removing tags will make you illegible for the return process.
For orders of two or more than two comparable items with specific customized sizes No refund will be made.
If individuals have misused the product.
The item must not be used.

Return Policy

If you find any difference in the order, let us Email, Whatsapp,/Live Chat the received product’s images and featuring the issues you see in the product. After our investigation, and after the confirmation, we will ask you to send us the product back for a full refund, and you (buyer) will not be paying the cost of return shipping.

Exchange Policy

If we shipped the jacket exactly as it is mentioned on our website, but the you (buyer) wish to exchange the jacket with different sizes or colors, we exchange the jacket for the new one free of cost.

RMA Number

If the return is confirmed, we will provide you the RMA number to attach the box to our warehouse to retrieve the product you recieved.

Custom Duties

You will not pay any taxes because we ship the jacket free of cost and mention it as a gift to our respected customers; however, each country has its own customs policies and regulations. You will bear and respect your custom duties.
